⚖️ Personal Data Protection Notice (KVKK)

1. Identity of the Data Controller

In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), your personal data is processed by M. Peyravi as the data controller within the scope described below.

2. Purpose of Processing Personal Data

Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:

• Receiving, evaluating, and responding to communication forms and your applications
• Fulfilling your application requests within the scope of KVKK
• Ensuring website security and preventing misuse
• Fulfilling legal obligations (Law No. 5651, BTK legislation)
• Statistical analysis to develop and improve our services
• User authentication and security management on our TeamSpeak 3 server

• Explicit consent: Communication form and TS3 agreement approval
• Establishment or performance of a contract: Within the scope of service provision
• Legal obligation: Log keeping obligation per Internet Law No. 5651 and BTK regulations
• Legitimate interest: Website security and cyber attack prevention

Your personal data is not shared with third parties except for legal obligations. The following situations are exceptions:

• Upon lawful request by competent judicial or administrative authorities
• GeoIP database services for IP location detection (anonymous query)

7. Rights of Personal Data Owners (KVKK Art. 11)

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the following rights:

• To learn whether your personal data is processed
• To request information if your personal data has been processed
• To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used appropriately
• To know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred domestically or abroad
• To request correction of your personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed
• To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data within the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the KVKK
• To request notification of the operations made regarding correction or deletion to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred
• To object to the occurrence of a result against you by analyzing your processed data exclusively through automated systems
• To claim compensation for the damage arising from the unlawful processing of your personal data

To exercise your rights under KVKK:

Your applications will be evaluated and answered within a maximum of 30 days. Pursuant to KVKK Art. 13/2, the transaction will be free of charge depending on the nature of the request; however, if the transaction requires an additional cost, the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board will be based.

9. Right to Complain

If your application is rejected, the answer given is found to be insufficient, or is not answered within the timeframe; you can file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Board within 15 days from the date you learned the answer, and in any case within 60 days from the date of application.
